Production Support Analyst – CIB (Loan Transaction Coordination)

We're hiring for a transversal support analyst role inside a top-tier Corporate & Investment Bank. This isn't a middle-office or transaction-processing seat. You'll be the person teams across Americas, Europe, and APAC call when a data or process issue is blocking credit risk, pricing, treasury, finance, or sustainability workflows. You diagnose the setup or system problem, coordinate across departments, and drive it to resolution.
What you need:
- 3-5 years in CIB, institutional banking, or credit-side banking functions. Retail or SMB banking experience won't translate here, so please don't apply on bank-name alone.
- Comfortable moving between banking domains and building subject matter expertise as you go.
- Python and SQL for automation and process fixes. This is not a dashboard or Power BI role. A few solid banking-related projects matter more than years of coding depth.
- Strong written and spoken English. You'll be explaining complex, technical issues clearly to US-based bankers, often multiple times a day across different topics.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to context-switch fast without losing accuracy.
Two backgrounds work well here: a CIB/credit banking qualified picking up data skills, or a business/data analyst from a comparable large bank with real CIB exposure. Interested? Send your resume at
