We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, business development, and account management, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships.

Business Development & Sales: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and recruitment opportunities. Build a strong pipeline of clients through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.

Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Provide consultative advice on recruitment strategies and industry trends. Negotiate terms of business and service agreements to close deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.





Client Relationship Building: Understand and assess clients' recruitment needs, tailoring solutions to their specific requirements. Ensure high levels of satisfaction by managing client expectations effectively throughout the recruitment process. Generate regular reports on sales activities and progress.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the recruitment or staffing industry. Robust business development and negotiation skills.
