EIC Immigration Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.

The primary focus of this position is to identify current business opportunities, connect with Canadian employers and businesses, develop professional relationships, and introduce prospective clients to the employer immigration services offered by our firm.

We are looking for someone who is confident in B2B sales, outbound calling, prospecting, lead generation, networking, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify prospective Canadian businesses and employers.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other professional business-development outreach.
- Connect with business owners, managers, HR professionals, and other decision-makers.
- Introduce prospective business clients to EIC Immigration Solutions Inc. and provide general information about the firm's services.
- Identify prospective employers interested in obtaining professional immigration assistance.
- Generate and qualify business leads.
- Schedule qualified prospective clients for consultations with the firm's authorized immigration professional.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing business clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential industries, businesses, and new business opportunities.
- Consistently follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, communications, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and manage an organized sales pipeline using the firm's CRM or lead-management system.
- Work with the internal team to facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
- Work toward established outreach, lead-generation, consultation-booking,



and business-development targets.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, professional-services sales, account development, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and lead-generation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident communicating with business owners, managers, HR professionals, and other decision-makers.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working toward measurable performance targets.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team.
- Experience with CRM or lead-management software is an asset.
- Knowledge of immigration services is an asset but is not required. Training will be provided regarding the permitted scope of the position.
- Punjabi and/or Hindi language skills are an asset.
