Warfare Security is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Business Development & Sales Representative to help grow our Live Video Monitoring division.

This is a new-business sales role. Your primary responsibility will be finding companies and projects that need security, creating qualified opportunities, and converting those opportunities into Warfare Security clients.

What You'll Be Selling

Our primary focus is Live Video Monitoring and remote security solutions for:

- Construction sites and new developments
- Commercial and industrial properties
- Trucking and equipment yards
- Warehouses and storage facilities
- Large outdoor properties
- Businesses with theft, trespassing, or vandalism concerns

What You'll Do You will actively generate new business through a combination of:
- Cold calling prospective clients
- Email outreach and follow-ups
- Visiting construction sites and businesses
- Identifying new construction projects
- Networking with developers, general contractors, project managers, property managers, and business owners
- LinkedIn and online prospecting
- Following up consistently with interested prospects
- Booking meetings and site assessments
- Preparing and presenting opportunities
- Maintaining an organized sales pipeline
- Negotiating and helping close new accounts
- Building long-term relationships that can lead to multiple locations or projects

The goal is not simply to make calls. We want you generating hot, qualified leads and closing business. For larger opportunities or situations where senior management can help move the deal forward, you will work directly with the President or Vice President to help close the account.

- Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline
- Comfortable working independently
- Willing to get out of the office and visit prospective sites
- Interested in developing long-term client relationships
- Focused on generating revenue, not simply completing sales activities

Previous experience in B2B sales, construction, security, telecommunications, property services, insurance, equipment rental, or similar industries is an asset. Existing relationships within the construction, development, property management, trucking, industrial, or commercial sectors would be a major advantage.

We are looking for someone who can build their own pipeline, generate opportunities, and ultimately bring new recurring monitoring accounts to Warfare Security.

Warfare Security provides qualified Live Video Monitoring and security solutions throughout British Columbia.

Our systems combine surveillance cameras, advanced video analytics, live security operators, sirens, audio deterrence, and remote monitoring to help protect construction projects and commercial properties from theft, trespassing, vandalism, and other security risks.

We are continuing to expand and are looking for a salesperson who wants to play a direct role in that growth.
