Position Overview As a Business Implementation Consultant at Richardson Wealth (RWL), you will play an integral role in delivering key projects by developing and executing end-to-end business implementation plans. This includes establishing governance, assessing stakeholder impacts, managing risks, developing communications and resources, and supporting adoption metrics.

This role requires strong change leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills, with close collaboration across internal partners to deliver strategic initiatives.

This is an existing vacancy. Contract until December 2027. Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Planning, Impact Assessment & Execution

- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business implementation plans to ensure seamless delivery of strategic initiatives, while enhancing advisor and client experiences. Drive business implementation strategies that increase benefits realization and value creation.
- Apply structured methodology for all activities, leveraging established frameworks.
- Collaborate with key partners (e.g., Journey Owners, Operations, Compliance, Technology) and the management team to understand the change impact of business initiatives to key stakeholders including but not limited to advisors, assistants, clients, and employees.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic priorities, and guide decision-making.

Business Enablement





- Committed to understanding the unique business needs of the independent advisor to appreciate how to best support them. Oversee communication content planning to ensure clear articulation of strategic alignment, project initiatives, and the impact to stakeholders.
- Partner with teams to develop training support materials to support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of business support materials. Collaborate with stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Introduce innovative solutions, including AI-driven tools, to elevate content quality, and streamline workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams at Richardson Welath to ensure timely, and impactful delivery.

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholder teams to ensure alignment with enterprise strategies and approaches.
- Foster a culture of open and honest communication.
- Demonstrate strong ability to impact and influence across different groups and levels.

Performance, Governance & Reporting

- Collect, analyze, and present actionable insights and strategic recommendations for key adoption metrics to senior leadership, facilitating alignment, and informed decision-making.
- Analyze advisor and client engagement with support materials to guide content planning, and optimization efforts.
- Develop executive dashboards and performance reports to track key metrics, support strategic planning, and refine content based on data and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of progressive experience in the financial services industry, with a strong advisor and client experience focus.
- Good business acumen with an understanding of wealth management operations, policies, and industry best practices.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing change and competing priorities.
- Good multi-tiered project management capabilities.




- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills, with the ability to transition from planning to build-launch-optimize implementation.
- Exceptional ability to simplify and communicate complex messages.
- Dynamic decision-maker and team player with experience interacting with all levels of an organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with comfort facilitating and delivering presentations.
- Advisor-focused approach, with a commitment to understanding advisor needs and delivering meaningful solutions.
- Change leadership experience, including guiding teams through new initiatives and process improvements.
- Accountable and results-oriented, with the ability to take ownership and lead with initiative.
- Value-driven mindset, with curiosity about innovation and AI, and a focus on sustainable growth.
- Influential collaborator who builds robust relationships, fosters cooperation, and inspires action through clear, persuasive communication.
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Prosci or other Certified Professional Change Management accreditation is considered an asset.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, and the consideration of internal equity.
