Description:

We are seeking an experienced consultant to help improve the user experience for inspectors by reviewing and optimizing priority business workflows within a federal government environment. This engagement will focus on identifying process inefficiencies, reducing user friction, simplifying digital workflows, and recommending opportunities for automation and modernization.

Requirements:

- Robust experience in business process analysis and workflow optimization
- Expertise in user experience (UX), service design, or human-centered design
- Experience conducting workflow assessments, process mapping, or process mining
- Ability to identify automation and digital transformation opportunities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive presentation skills
- Reliability Security Clearance (mandatory)
- Federal government experience is an asset
