Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in the Wealth Management domain . The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions and driving system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments for proposed system changes.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive business and technical documentation.
- Support system testing, quality assurance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimization solutions.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, status tracking, and delivery activities.




- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within Wealth Management .
- Solid knowledge of Wealth Management products, services, and business processes.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for ticket creation, tracking, and workflow management.
- Hands-on experience with Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of Wealth Management regulatory requirements and compliance .
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with banking systems, financial platforms, and enterprise application architecture .
