Insight Global is seeking a Portfolio Management Specialist to support a major portfolio management platform transformation initiative within a leading financial services organization.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep investment management expertise with experience supporting or implementing portfolio management technology solutions. You will partner closely with portfolio managers, traders, and investment professionals to translate complex portfolio management workflows into scalable system capabilities.

Responsibilities

- Work directly with front-office stakeholders including portfolio managers, traders, and investment teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to portfolio management processes.
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and evolution of portfolio management platforms.
- Translate investment workflows into system and product requirements.
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to improve portfolio management capabilities.
- Assist with platform upgrades, transformations, and process optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Robust portfolio management domain expertise.
- Experience with:
- Portfolio construction and asset allocation
- Rebalancing and trading workflows
- Portfolio performance measurement and analytics




- Direct experience working with portfolio managers, traders, or investment teams.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Portfolio Management SME, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience supporting Portfolio Management Systems (PMS) or Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Experience with platforms such as:
- Charles River
- Aladdin
- SimCorp
- Advent
- Eagle
- Wealth360
- Similar portfolio management solutions
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong ability to bridge business and technology teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Exposure to AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics within investment environments.
- Experience leveraging automation or AI-driven tools to improve investment workflows.
- Wealth or asset management experience, including SMA/UMA programs.
- CFA designation or equivalent investment credentials.
