Business Systems Analyst - Treasury Risk Management

Overview -

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join a growing Treasury Risk Management team responsible for supporting critical risk platforms and delivering strategic technology initiatives across Asset Liability Management and Liquidity Risk Management functions.

The successful candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and leadership to support risk systems, analyse large datasets, define requirements and contribute to future reporting and data initiatives.

Responsibilities -

- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements.
- Partner with Treasury, Risk and Technology stakeholders.
- Support Asset Liability Management and Liquidity Risk Management initiatives.
- Work with large-scale financial and risk datasets.
- Perform data analysis, validation and investigation activities.
- Create detailed functional specifications and process documentation.
- Support system upgrades and enhancements.
- Work within Jira and Confluence environments.




- Assist with reporting solution design and delivery.
- Support future cloud and data platform initiatives.

Required Skills -

- Business Systems Analysis experience.
- Treasury, Risk Management, ALM or Liquidity Risk Management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- SQL querying experience.
- Data mapping and analysis experience.
- Jira and Confluence experience.
- Understanding of technology architecture and system integrations.

Preferred Skills -

- QRM experience.
- Reporting solution experience
- Azure Databricks experience.
- Capital Markets experience.
- Knowledge of derivatives, swaps and swaptions.
- Technical or development background.
