We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cabinet Sales Specialist to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the key driver of high-end sales, delivering exceptional customer service while showcasing our premium cabinetry solutions. Duties

- Engage with customers both inside the store and through outside sales efforts to promote high-quality cabinetry products.
- Conduct product demonstrations, including sketches using tools like SketchUp or CAD software, to help clients visualize their projects.
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling complementary items, and providing expert advice on renovation and construction processes.
- Manage customer accounts, process transactions via POS systems, handle cash and credit payments accurately, and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients, promote special offers, and increase overall sales volume.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining organized merchandising displays.




- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, support ongoing account management, and identify opportunities for additional sales or upgrades.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on high-end products.
- Robust communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with SketchUp, CAD software, or similar design tools for product demos and client consultations.
- Knowledge of renovation projects, construction processes, and related industry standards.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and merchandising displays effectively.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
