Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Millwork Finisher/Assembler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, finishing, and installing custom millwork products such as cabinets, custom architectual woodwork, countertops, doors, etc. Your expertise will ensure that each piece meets high-quality standards and aligns with client specifications.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from restoration to new construction, utilizing your woodworking skills and construction experience to deliver exceptional craftsmanship.

Duties

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble millwork components.
- Finish wood products through sanding, staining, painting, sealing, and other surface treatments to achieve a polished appearance.
- Assemble and manufacture cabinetry, furniture, and custom wood fixtures using hand tools and power tools with precision.
- Ability to work with plastic laminate through gluing, routing, finishing and touch ups is a must.
- Install finished millwork on-site, including cabinetry installation, siding, molding, and trim work.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure durability and adherence to specifications.




- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or refurbishing existing woodwork and fixtures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and the use of hand tools or power tools.

Experience

- Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or millwork assembly within construction or manufacturing environments.
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution.
- Familiarity with construction painting, caulking, and other millwork and carpentry adjacent tasks.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques.
- Knowledge of construction material handling is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality standards.
