We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations of our cafe. Previous restaurant management experience and a background in food preparation and service are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and provide training to ensure effective workflow
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
- Enforce cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the establishment
- Lead by example in hospitality, serving customers when necessary and fostering a positive team environment




- Implement marketing strategies to promote the cafe and increase customer engagement

Skills

- Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles
- Strong leadership and supervising experience with the ability to motivate staff
- Expertise in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Barista experience is preferred but not required; familiarity with coffee brewing is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and vendors
- Creative problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges promptly
