Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, food prep areas, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, or snacks while adhering to proper food handling procedures.




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and resolving any issues with professionalism.
- Support the team in managing time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and quick service delivery.

Experience

- Previous food service experience or barista experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology is a plus.
- Knowledge of the food industry standards related to food safety, handling, and sanitation is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and transparent communication abilities.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy are essential.
