Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve campus goals, including enrollment growth and academic quality standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support faculty and staff to deliver exceptional educational experiences through coaching, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring responsible allocation of resources to maximize impact while maintaining financial health.
- Foster a positive campus culture that promotes inclusivity, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including facilities management, student services,



and compliance with accreditation standards.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, community partners, and local organizations to enhance the campus’s reputation and outreach efforts.
- Monitor academic performance metrics and implement strategies to improve student retention and success rates.

Experience

- Proven leadership experience in an educational or training environment with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting, resource management, and operational planning to support organizational objectives.
- Strong background in teaching or curriculum development is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of stakeholders.
