Who We’re Looking For

● Proven ability to lead teams and build strong culture

● High organization skills, proactive, and comfortable owning large responsibilities

● Strong communication and training skills

● Ability to manage deadlines, moving parts, and operational complexity

● Comfortable working closely with ownership during the launch phase

● Experience with the Dutchie Cannabis POS System would be outstanding but not required.

Requirements

● 1+ Year experience in retail management. Cannabis experience is a strong asset but not absolutely necessary

● Selling it Right Certification (SIR) will be required soon after hiring
