Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicle exteriors and interiors, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
- Use specialized cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively to achieve optimal results
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues, reporting them promptly to management
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment at all times
- Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines during all cleaning procedures




- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and tools to ensure availability for daily operations

Requirements

- Prior experience in cleaning or vehicle detailing is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality work
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to safety practices
