Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior detailing to achieve a spotless finish
- Use specialized tools and cleaning products safely and effectively to remove dirt, grime, and stains from both interior and exterior surfaces
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and communicate findings to management or customers as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, explaining services performed, and ensuring their satisfaction with the results
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained




- Follow safety protocols consistently to prevent accidents or damage during the detailing process
- Assist with additional tasks such as tire shining, glass cleaning, and minor touch-ups to enhance vehicle appearance

Requirements

- Prior experience in cleaning or auto detailing is preferred but not required; a robust willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality results
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in auto detailing is a plus but can be provided through training
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
