Career Counsellor / Sales Associate

Base Salary: $3,100/month + Uncapped Commission

Potential Total Earnings: Approximately $10,000–$12,000+ per month for strong performers

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, polished, and results-driven Career Counsellor / Sales Associate to join our growing team in Mississauga.

This is a sales-focused position for someone who enjoys speaking with prospective clients, building relationships, handling objections, and closing deals.

The company provides leads — your responsibility is to turn those opportunities into successful client enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Understand prospective clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Use professional and effective sales techniques to convert qualified leads into enrolled clients.
- Consistently work toward weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
- Attend company meetings and training sessions scheduled during working hours.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively to the team's overall performance.

Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 1 year of proven sales experience.
- Experience in automotive sales, luxury/high-end jewellery, financial services, education sales, real estate, telecommunications, or other high-value sales environments is strongly preferred.
- Has demonstrated experience with lead conversion, objection handling, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Has excellent, professional English communication skills.
- Can also communicate fluently in at least one of the following languages:
- Punjabi
- Hindi
- Gujarati
- Pashto
- Urdu
- Is professional, confident, and well-presented.




- Is comfortable maintaining formal business attire while working in the office.
- Is target-driven, competitive, disciplined, and motivated by results.
- Works well within a team while remaining personally accountable for individual sales targets.
- Is looking for a serious, long-term opportunity in sales, rather than a temporary or transitional position.

Important This position is designed for candidates with a genuine sales background.

Experience that is primarily in general customer service, restaurant service, front desk/reception, HR, or similar non-sales positions will not by itself be considered equivalent to direct sales experience.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience persuading prospects, overcoming objections, following up with leads, and closing business.

Compensation

Base Salary: $3,100 per month

Commission: Paid on top of the base salary for successful client enrollments

Commission Structure: Uncapped earning potential

Solid performers may earn approximately $10,000–$12,000+ per month in total compensation, depending on individual sales performance and client enrollments.
