Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Carpenter/Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction, repair, and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cabinet installation, woodworking, and flooring installation.

- Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and tile laying to support various construction projects.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks such as roofing, siding, caulking, and assembly.

- Assist with plumbing and electrical work as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

- Carry out restoration projects including drywall repairs, painting, and general building maintenance.

- Support heavy lifting activities and perform rebar installation to meet project specifications.

- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements:





- Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry and handyman tasks.

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment (if applicable), and other construction machinery.

- Knowledge of concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinetry is highly desirable.

- Experience with plumbing and electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory.

- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions.

- Solid attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Valid construction experience or relevant certifications preferred; on-the-job training provided where applicable.

- Must have a reliable vehicle as you may be at multiple locations throughout the day

Pay: $30.00 per hour
