Join our dynamic high-rise construction team as a Carpenter, where your expertise will help shape the skyline! In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing complex construction tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and timeliness.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide building activities accurately.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently during various construction phases.
- Execute carpentry, woodworking, framing, drywall installation, and general assembly tasks with precision.
- Conduct restoration work and perform heavy lifting to support ongoing construction activities.
- Assist with plumbing and electrical installations while adhering to safety standards and schematics.
- Support construction estimating efforts by providing accurate assessments of materials and labor needs.
- Collaborate with team members on roofing projects, siding installation, and other specialized trades such as masonry or flooring.
- Maintain a clean worksite by organizing tools and materials; ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

- Proven construction experience with a strong background in high-rise building projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading,



schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
- Skilled in concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, carpentry, woodworking, roofing, siding, tiling, flooring installation, and caulking.
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery or related manufacturing equipment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and electrical wiring; ability to read related schematics is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on quality standards.
- Handyman experience or general assembly skills are beneficial for versatile task execution.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures relevant to high-rise construction sites.
- Excellent teamwork skills coupled with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.

- WHMIS Certificate
- Working at Heights
- 4 Steps
- Minimum 3 years Construction Experience. High Rise experience an asset.
- Formwork experience required.
