Responsibilities

Assist lead carpenters with a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring projects progress smoothly and efficiently.

Support the preparation and setup of job sites, including measuring, marking, and organizing materials.

Handle a variety of hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling components.

Support site cleanup, material handling, heavy lifting,



and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Requirements

Previous construction experience or familiarity with carpentry tasks is preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential.

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic carpentry techniques.

Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards on the job site.

Training will be provided where necessary.

Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards assisting others and completing tasks efficiently.
