About the Role

We are looking for a Carpenter’s Helper to join our construction team. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn the residential construction industry,

and is interested in developing their skills alongside experienced carpenters.

What You’ll Do

- Assist carpenters with day-to-day construction tasks
- Help with measuring, cutting, assembling and installing building materials
- Load,



unload and move materials and tools as required
- Prepare, clean and maintain safe work areas
- Use basic hand and power tools safely
- Participate in safety and production meetings
- Follow site safety requirements and instructions
- Support the construction team wherever needed

What We’re Looking For

- Dependable, motivated and willing to learn
- Comfortable performing physically demanding, hands-on work
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of carpentry or construction is an asset
- Able to provide basic tools and PPE as required
- Valid driver’s licence, reliable transportation and a good driving record
- Available to work a 44-hour work week
