Overview

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.

Duties

- Construct, install, and repair structures such as frameworks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square according to project requirements.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople in office to ensure seamless project completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe work setting by adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications





- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
- Strong skills in electrical work are a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor as required by the job.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
