We are looking for someone who will handle cashier, front line, serve food and do cleaning.
Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcome guests when they arrive and thanking them when they leave;
- Making menu suggestions based on preferences of the guest;
- Inputting orders into the POS system;
- Processing payment (cash, debit, credit)
- Assemble plates and orders for customers.
- Maintaining high standard of cleanliness throughout the bistro.
- Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
- Portion, arrange according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
- Cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience
- Must speak English, Armenian, Ukrainian and Russian.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
