- Maintain detailed records of transactions, customer interactions,



and feedback using data entry tools
- Communicate clearly in English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Follow phone etiquette standards to ensure respectful and positive interactions at all times
- Analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for sales growth and improved service delivery

Skills

- Solid data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, to support diverse customers
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner
- Analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products

Pay: $36.00-$38.00 per hour
