Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision
- Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and enhance customer satisfaction
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding stock levels, customer requests,



or technical issues

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Solid communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technology sales is highly desirable
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features confidently
- Organizational skills to manage merchandising tasks efficiently
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
