Job Summary

Duties

- Prepare a variety of pizzas and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate the Micros Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions, including cash handling, making change, and balancing registers at shift end
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations




- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods
- Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards

Qualifications

- Previous food preparation or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume hours
- Kitchen or food industry experience that demonstrates reliability and teamwork skills
