FULL TIME OR PART TIME -Cashier -Barista

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while managing transactions and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess robust organizational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus, answering any questions they may have about the offerings.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured for kitchen preparation.
- Process transactions using the cash register, handling cash and credit card payments with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier station throughout the shift.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Conduct product demos when necessary, showcasing menu items to entice customers.
- Provide assistance to customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address any customer concerns promptly.

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cashiering duties, including cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in sales or technical sales is a plus, particularly in upselling products or services.
