- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments while handling cash responsibly.
- Conduct product demos when applicable, showcasing features to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure products are well-organized, attractive, and stocked according to store standards.
- Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area, ensuring a welcoming environment for shoppers.




- Demonstrate excellent communication skills by listening actively, answering questions clearly, and maintaining qualified phone etiquette when assisting remote inquiries or follow-ups.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods, balancing customer service with cashier duties seamlessly.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately and giving correct change.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising practices is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling you to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
