Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to create a positive shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Manage cash register operations, including balancing drawers at shift end and ensuring secure cash handling procedures
- Conduct product demos and upselling to promote featured items and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays to attract customer attention
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on store products, including basic technical information and features
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively




- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization to optimize store presentation

Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Previous retail sales experience with a focus on cashiering or customer service preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, transaction processing, and pricing calculations
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail merchandising techniques
- Ability to perform product demos and effectively upsell products to enhance sales performance
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced workplace
- Exceptional phone etiquette for handling inquiries or follow-up calls professionally
- Multilingual capabilities are highly valued for engaging with a diverse customer base
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of technology products is advantageous but not required
