You'll be responsible for planning instructional classes, performing water rescues, and conducting pool area maintenance. Accurate record-keeping for class participation and student progress is essential for the role. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise pools, splash pad, and deck areas
- Conduct swim classes according to lesson plans
- Perform rescue operations and first aid as needed
- Maintain safe and tidy pool environments
- Track attendance and issue progress reports Requirements:
- Certification in Standard First Aid with CPR-C & AED
- National Lifeguard (NL) Pool qualification
- Swim Instructor course completion (NLS preferred)
- Punctual attendance and solid organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with students Support swimming skill development at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club while ensuring safety and enjoyment for all participants.
