We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to support enterprise-wide business transformation and the adoption of a Microsoft Dynamics-based enterprise solution .

The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic and tactical change management initiatives focused on organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and sustained behavioural change .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, plans, and frameworks .
- Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder impacts, adoption levels, and resistance to change.
- Develop strategies to improve user adoption, engagement, utilization, and business outcomes .
- Lead stakeholder engagement across business, operational, technical, and executive groups.
- Develop communication, training, sponsorship, coaching, and resistance management plans .
- Support the rollout of recent functionality, product enhancements, business process changes, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop executive briefings, presentations, FAQs, newsletters, user guidance, release communications, and other change-related materials.
- Establish adoption KPIs and measurement frameworks to track readiness, utilization, proficiency, and change effectiveness .
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder consultations, focus groups, and feedback sessions.
- Support governance activities, executive alignment,



continuous improvement, and post-implementation reviews.

Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of organizational change management experience .
- 5+ years supporting enterprise business change and/or digital transformation initiatives .
- Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives involving enterprise applications, CRM solutions, and/or digital platforms .
- Strong experience with user adoption, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and change impact assessments .
- Experience with recognized change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, ACMP/CCMP, Kotter, or equivalent .
- Proven ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders at business, technical, operational, and executive levels .
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience developing change management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and training strategies .

Nice to Have
- Experience working within the Ontario Public Service (OPS) or comparable public sector environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other enterprise CRM platforms.
- Experience establishing governance structures, KPIs, dashboards, and adoption measurement frameworks.
- Experience working in complex, highly regulated environments.
