The Role

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Chef de Partie – Pasta Station to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for managing the pasta station, preparing and executing dishes to a high standard, and maintaining a clean, organized, and service-ready workspace. While the primary focus will be pasta, flexibility and support across the kitchen are an important part of the role.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage the pasta station, including mise en place, service, and cleanup
- Prepare and execute pasta dishes consistently to recipe and quality standards
- Assist with sauces, garnishes, ingredients, and other station preparation as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Work efficiently and with consistency during high-volume service




- Support other kitchen stations and general prep when required
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen environment

Requirements

- 2+ years of restaurant or professional kitchen experience
- Experience working a pasta station is an asset
- Italian cuisine experience is an asset
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety, preparation, and cooking standards
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Job Type: Full time Pay: $225.00-$250.00 per day
