Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Chef to lead our culinary team in creating delicious Italian dishes that excite our guests. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
- Prepare a variety of authentic Italian dishes with precision and creativity
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene standards
- Manage daily kitchen operations,



including inventory control and ordering supplies
- Train team members on cooking techniques, food safety, and restaurant procedures
- Ensure consistent quality of all menu items while adhering to health regulations
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment
- Solid skills in food preparation, cooking, and presentation of Italian cuisine
- Extensive food handling knowledge with a focus on safety standards
- Leadership abilities with experience managing teams in a restaurant setting
- Excellent restaurant management skills including inventory control and staff training
- Deep understanding of the food industry, hospitality standards, and customer service excellence
- Ability to serve as a role model for professionalism, teamwork, and culinary expertise

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
