Responsibilities

- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Lead team management efforts by training staff on cooking techniques, food presentation, and safety protocols.




- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menus that highlight authentic Indian flavors and seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure consistent quality in all dishes served, maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within Indian cuisine or similar culinary styles.
- Supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Previous restaurant management or kitchen experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and ensure smooth operations.
