You will facilitate the electoral process for over 60,000 students, ensuring transparency and integrity at every turn. Key Responsibilities:

- Hire and supervise Polling Officers and Poll Clerks
- Organize and set up polling stations efficiently
- Approve campaign materials as necessary
- Observe and record election results accurately
- Enforce the AMS Code of Procedures and Policies Requirements:
- Must be a registered student at UBC Vancouver
- No conflict of interest currently
- Attend weekly meetings during the academic year
- Robust organizational and time management skills
