We’re a busy, fast‑paced food stand serving fresh smash burgers, hand‑cut fries, hand‑dipped corn dogs, and more. Some years we stay open right up until just before Christmas, and we normally reopen in May. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and love excellent food, you’ll fit right in.

Position Overview

We’re hiring full-time, part-time, and casual staff to help run all aspects of our food truck. This is hands-on work in a high-energy setting — perfect for people who enjoy staying busy and working with the public.

Responsibilities

- Cooking and preparing menu items (smash burgers, fries, corn dogs, etc.)
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Serving customers with a friendly attitude
- Handling cash and counting change accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness inside and around the food stand




- Assisting with all daily operations as required

Requirements

- Ability to lift 50lb bag of potatoes or pails
- Ability to work in a busy, high-volume food truck
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Passion for great food and quality service
- Availability for weekends, weekdays, and casual shifts as needed

Season Length This is a seasonal job. Our season varies depending on weather — some years we operate until late December.
