Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Approximately 35 hours per week

Starting Wage: Starting at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, with alternating Fridays and Saturdays off. Saturday hours are 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.

About the Position

Pawlovich Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, dependable, organized and outgoing person to join our team.

This position will primarily involve working at the front desk and interacting with our patients, with additional responsibilities assisting the chiropractors and supporting the day-to-day flow of the clinic.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, is comfortable in a busy environment, and can provide a warm and welcoming experience for our patients.

Responsibilities

- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule, reschedule and manage appointments
- Process payments and provide receipts
- Assist with insurance and billing-related administrative tasks
- Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the clinic
- Assist the chiropractors as needed
- Keep the front desk, treatment rooms and common areas clean and organized
- Complete general administrative and clinic duties
- Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every patient

- Previous reception, customer service or healthcare experience is an asset, but not required
