Family First Chiropractic & Wellness is a family based multidisciplinary clinic offering Chiropractic services and Massage Therapy.

Our team works in a tight knit group and we’re looking for someone to join us Part Time ! The successful candidate must be friendly, energetic, health-minded and willing to go the extra mile to make our practice members feel like family!

Due to the fast-paced nature of this position, we require a “people-person” who is detail oriented, organized and hardworking. We see many families at Family First Chiropractic & Wellness so it is necessary to be comfortable around kids while maintaining a calm demeanour.

Responsibilities

- Greeting clients in a happy, energetic nature
- Managing efficient flow of patients
- Answering the phone and emails
- Handling all daily administrative duties including the scheduling of appointments, filing, collecting payments and other practice management tasks
- Creating a friendly and supportive setting for our practice members

Requirements




- Excellent customer service skills
- Available shifts Monday- Fri after school and evenings - Saturday 8:30-2 ( not all Saturdays)
- Strong Computer Skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills with practitioners
- Able to multi-task during times of high patient volume and keep a happy, calm composure
- Must be able to learn and adapt quickly
- Kind, personable, friendly; able to work as a team!

- Flexibility with shifts
