Qualifications and Skills:

- At least 5 years experience in the civil excavation industry
- Minimum 3 years experience in a civil construction supervisory role
- Read and interpret site plans and drawings
- First Aid certified
- In depth knowledge of underground utilities
- Ability to oversea a crew of workers in multiple job positions
- Valid Drivers License
- Strong communication with all stakeholders throughout a project life cycle
- Experience in scheduling, order, quality control and job safety

Key Responsibilities:

- Read, understand, and interpret drawings/plans and check work according to specifications




- Prioritize work schedules in order to meet production deadlines and standards while ensuring quality control
- Organize and track crew's time and activity
- Identify materials and tool requirements to be on-hand as needed
- Promote a safe work environment and adhere to safety policies and work procedures and adhere to Safety requirements and other governing safety regulations
- Daily paperwork such as FLHA, weekly toolbox talks, EWOs, Daily Journals, Inputting the crew hours
- Plan ahead, create 3 week look ahead schedule
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent

Job Type: Full time Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
