Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Local Drivers to join our team.

48 and 53 ft walking floor trailers day cab trucks.

It's year round part time Job Thursday, Friday and Saturday & some other days as needed. Picking up and delivering loads to same locations every week.

**** Must have at least 1 year of manual Truck and Trailer driving experience.

**** Must have clean driving record.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently within designated local routes. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills,

Responsibilities

- Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight to few locations Abbotsford and Langley area.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.




- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.
- Perform basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.

Experience

- Proven experience in commercial driving is preferred, with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
- Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety protocols is essential.
- Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment is a plus.
- Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform minor automotive repairs is desirable.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently while adhering to schedules.
