Honey Bucket Inc. is looking for dependable, customer-focused Vacuum Truck Drivers to join our team. This is a hands-on role that offers variety, daily independence, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to be home every night.

What You’ll Do

- Operate a vacuum truck while servicing, restocking, repairing, and cleaning portable restrooms.
- Perform septic and sump services, steam cleaning, and pressure washing of equipment.
- Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Read maps, follow assigned routes, and complete daily driver logs.
- Safely push and pull portable restrooms weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and members of the public.
- Receive, document, and report customer concerns about schedules or service quality.
- Respond to complaints in a courteous, respectful, and solution-focused manner.
- Follow all applicable local and provincial transportation regulations and company policies.

What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 25 years of age.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and physical fitness test.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to read and understand maps.
- Strong communication, customer-service, and organizational skills.




- Dependable work ethic and willingness to work independently.

Working Conditions
- Work hours may extend to the legal limits permitted by applicable regulations.
- Weekend and holiday work may occasionally be required.
- Hours vary depending on the assigned route.
- Drivers are home every night.
- This position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, snow, and dry conditions.
