Duties

- Perform comprehensive cleaning of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, laundry rooms, and recreational facilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials in shared spaces
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for residents and staff
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and report any issues or incidents promptly to supervisors

Qualifications

- You will need to own a vehicle to Travel to each job site.




- Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent time management skills to complete daily tasks within scheduled hours
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads when necessary
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
