The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, take-pride-in-your-work Automotive Detailer to join our team. You'll be the reason customers' vehicles look showroom-fresh, whether it's a new delivery, a trade-in getting reconditioned, or a service customer's car getting the full treatment.

What You'll Do

- Wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicle exteriors to a showroom standard
- Shampoo, vacuum, and detail interiors — seats, carpets, dash, and trim
- Perform paint correction, clay bar treatments, and interior/exterior protection applications
- Prep new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery, and recondition trade-ins
- Inspect finished vehicles for quality before handoff to sales or service
- Keep the detail bay and equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Work safely with chemicals, tools, and equipment, following all shop safety protocols

What You Bring
- Previous detailing, car wash, or automotive reconditioning experience is an asset (not required — we'll train the right person)
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in a job done right
- Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently under time pressure
- Comfort working both indoors and outdoors in a shop environment




- A valid driver's license (moving vehicles around the lot and bay is part of the job)
- A team-first attitude — you'll be working alongside sales, service, and wash bay staff daily
