Window Cleaning Technician

Eisses Windows is hiring a Window Cleaning Technician to deliver high-quality service to residential and commercial clients across Calgary. This role involves exterior and interior window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing, with a strong focus on workmanship, efficiency, and customer experience.

No prior window cleaning experience is required. We provide structured training and clear systems. Experience with ladders, physical outdoor work, or hands-on trades is an asset.

Compensation

- Starting wage: $20/hour (no experience required)
- Tips and performance bonuses on top of base pay




- Technicians who perform well and learn quickly commonly reach $25+/hour within a few months
