Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment
- Handle laundry services efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition and stocked appropriately
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Manage your schedule effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others




- Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as requested by clients or supervisors to uphold the highest cleanliness standards

Requirements

- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple assignments
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and safety practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
