Work From Home

This is a virtual, work-from-home position serving Calgary homeowners. If you enjoy working independently while staying closely connected with a supportive team, you’ll fit right in. Candidate must live within Calgary or surrounding area.

What You’ll Do

- Answer phones and emails with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
- Book appointments and keep technician schedules running smoothly.
- Prepare quotes using our proven templates.
- Coordinate with our office and field teams to keep projects moving.
- Follow up with clients so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from the first phone call to the final thank you.

About the Role

- 30–40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday daytime schedule
