Client Onboarding Advisor:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Client Onboarding Advisor for a 9-12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Burnaby, BC office.

Client Onboarding Advisor - :

As a Client Onboarding Advisor in bank’s North American Treasury & Payment Solutions business, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding of clients for cash management and payment solutions. This role involves serving as a trusted guide for clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto bank's platforms, and contributing to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes.

Client Onboarding Advisor - Responsibilities:

- Manage client-facing implementations, coordinating the full client onboarding lifecycle
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding
- Configure solutions and conduct thorough testing to ensure seamless go-live
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset to the team and recommend process enhancements
- Provide client training and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with dedicated service advisors to ensure service continuity





Client Onboarding Advisor - Mandatory Skills:

- 3–5 years of experience in banking, fintech, or client implementation roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with proven ability to coordinate across departments
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
- Customer-focused mindset

Client Onboarding Advisor – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with cash management or financial product onboarding
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management)
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
- Experience with AI tools
- Ability to translate technical information into user-friendly terms

Client Onboarding Advisor – Assignment Length:

This is a 9 or 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to full time employment.
