EORLA is looking for a Clinical Laboratory Technologist responsible for overseeing specimen preparation, testing, and reporting of clinical samples.

Qualified candidates should have a relevant MLT diploma and CMLTO registration. This role will also include staff training and strict adherence to health and safety protocols while managing records effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage diagnostic sample preparation and testing
- Analyze clinical/test samples and report results accurately




- Assist colleagues by training and mentoring effectively
- Keep up-to-date records of testing procedures
- Work on specific roles as assigned in rotation Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited MLT program
- Current registration with CMLTO in related specializations
- Knowledge of applicable medical laboratory standards
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
