Join KRRCFS as a Clinical Supervisor to enhance Children's Mental Health services. This 12-month term role focuses on clinical oversight and program management in a supportive work workplace. The ideal candidate will manage clinical staff and ensure programs meet Ministry standards while promoting collaboration with stakeholders.
With a focus on leadership and communication, this position demands a thorough understanding of mental health services. A Master’s degree is preferred, and candidates should be committed to making a difference. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise clinical staff effectively
- Manage program development and budget oversight
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies
- Engage in public consultations for program effectiveness
- Keep accurate and organized program documentation Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or five years' experience
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Required Vulnerable Sector Check and driver’s abstract
